Salle a Manger

The Salle a Manger is one of the original period rooms of Chateau Rouffillac. The ceilings were painted in original design for its period and the walls are adorned with gold stenciled lions. It’s believed that the room has a mix of French and English design due to its occupation by both sides throughout the 100 years war, each influencing the room.

The fireplace is massive and the floor shows original fleur-de-lis tiles. The chandelier is a medieval original and fits the room perfectly. If you want a royal dinner experience, this room will not disappoint.
